These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website ibiza.rayaevents.com and your participation in any Raya Events experience. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Raya Events

Raya Events is a curated events brand operated by Offjoin S.r.l., registered at Via Valparaiso 1, 20144 Milano, Italy. We organize exclusive villa experiences in select destinations.

2. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed individually and acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Spots are reserved for 5 days after acceptance. If payment is not received within this period, the spot may be offered to another applicant.
• Prices are per person for shared rooms and per room for private en-suite rooms, as clearly indicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, a transfer to another person may be considered at our discretion, subject to verification and approval.

5. Identification

All confirmed guests are required to provide a valid passport or government-issued ID prior to check-in. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of entry without refund.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting an application, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Raya Events regarding your application, booking, and event details. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting info@rayaevents.com.

7. Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests, staff, and property at all times. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, without refund.

8. Liability

Raya Events acts as an organizer and coordinator. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in our events, except where caused by our gross negligence. Guests participate at their own risk and are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Raya Events / Offjoin S.r.l. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in Raya Events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
